25 Days of Christmas Kindness
A Family Bible Study!
Missed a day? click here.
And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.
Day 4
It’s Day 4 of our 25 Days of Christmas Kindness series, which is a part of our Focus on Your Family: Family Bible Study.
If you did the previous days, don’t forget to leave a comment over there. We want to know how your family is being a blessing to others, share your testimonies!
Sheep
In today’s scripture, the shepherds are all out watching over their flocks. Sheep have a way of wandering off to different places when they are frightened. Any loud noise or sound will send a sheep running off into the wild. The shepherds were responsible to keep them safe and secure no matter the time of day. It is a GREAT responsibility.
When the angels appeared, the Shepards were scared, little did they know, that their SHEPARD had been born that very night!
The challenge for today, might be one you already do with your family, if that’s the case, you need to add a twist to it. A family classic is what this challenge is all about!
Todays act of Christmas Kindness is:
Watch a Christmas movie with your family and…Pray together!
Every day until Christmas, there will be an act of Christmas Kindness that you can do with your family and a focus scripture for you to memorize and have your children write down as a memory verse.
Don’t be discouraged if you miss a day, or change it up a bit to suit your family. These acts are made to extend far beyond Christmas. Invite friends and extended family members to join in. Have fun and ENJOY! It’s Christmas time!
Let everyone know how it went in the comments below.

I loved this challenge! Made for a very relaxing day, and since it was raining mostly all day, I enjoyed being in with my family for a nice warm sit down in front of the fireplace watching old Christmas movies.
