This is Love

What do you love? Have you been looking for love and just can’t seem to find it? Don’t think about love the same way anymore! In these trying times we need real love. This is Love! Thank you for tuning in.

This is love!

If you have not received Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, then do it now, and you will be a child of God and your citizenship will be in heaven with Jesus Christ!

Romans 10:9-10 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”

SAY this beginning PRAYER:

God I’m a sinner and right now I turn from my sins. I ask you to forgive my sins, that I may be right with you. I believe that Jesus Christ: lived, died and that He rose from the dead. Right now, I ask you Jesus to be my Savior and Lord, that I may have eternal life in heaven. Thank you God for saving me. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

May God bless you and keep you!

With God’s love,

Ryan

Not Afraid to be Different!

4 The Lord gave me this message:

“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb.
Before you were born I set you apart
and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.”

“O Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I can’t speak for you! I’m too young!”

The Lord replied, “Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’ for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you.

Jeremiah 1:4-7

Complementary podcast requested by our members to you! Enjoy!

Not only does God have a calling on our life, but he has set us apart before our parents even thought of us.  It’s OK for us to be real with God, when it comes to our inadequacies, because that my friend is when God’s power is made perfect – in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Jeremiah was young and at an age, at that time, where it was not acceptable for the youth to teach the elders, but God specifically called him to do just that, because of the wickedness of the Jewish nation and rulers.  God told him to oppose them!

God is not subject to human rules or traditions, he is able to protect you and direct you, even when you must oppose the immorality of government.  We must obey leaders and authority, as long as they don’t try to force you to disobey what God’s word commands.

God’s calling is not limited by age, appearance, background, or human knowledge.  God says,

…for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you (or do).”  (Emphasis added)

Jeremiah 1:7

If you have not received Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, then do it now, and you will be a child of God and your citizenship will be in heaven with Jesus Christ!

Romans 10:9-10 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”

Lead By Christ

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Romans 12:1-2 (TLB, MSG, NIV)

If you follow all the trends of this world as a Christian, you WILL fall.

Everything put out into the news and the media outlets, are meant to make us “feel,” to “think.”  However, if you are not saturated in the Spirit of God, satan, who uses the media, will be able to deceive you.  And some, he already has.

It’s never too late to set your mind on Christ, gaining a mental/spiritual renewing. So here is what the Word of God tells us to do:

“Take your everyday, ordinary life -sleeping, eating, going-to-work, walking-around life -and place it before God as a living sacrifice, holy -the kind HE can ACCEPT.

When we think about what Christ has done for us, is this too much to ask?”

“Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without thinking.”  Don’t be brainwashed by the world, “but be a new and different person,” transforming your mind to Christ.

When you fix your attention on Christ, you will be able to “recognize what He wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the cultures around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the BEST out of YOU, develops well-formed MATUIRTY in YOU.”  This way, at His coming we shall be ready without a doubt.

Amen.

Today, if you find yourself swayed to and fro by the world and everything that’s occurring, this is the perfect time to allow Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior. It’s time to stand for something REAL, and TRUTHFUL. Wont you STAND with CHRIST today?

Let’s pray:

Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I believe You died for my sins and rose to give me life. Right now, Lord, I turn from my sins opening my heart and life for You to come in. I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for saving me. Amen.

Faith For Victory

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1

How many times did God have to tell Joshua to be brave and courageous? (Joshua 1)

Joshua was next in line to lead the people of God after Moses death. He had to have been scared, and maybe even anxious, Moses was a great leader, and those were big shoes to fill.

For God to have told Joshua to be brave and courageous, as much as He did, He had to have known the feelings and circumstances that Joshua would face.

What did God promise Joshua?

“No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and of good courage…” Vs. 5-6

God made this promise to Joshua and He stood by that promise all the days of Joshua’s life.

This same promise made to Joshua; we can claim it too! God is telling us the same things.

If He has called you to do a great work, even a small work, that seems nearly impossible to you, He is looking for you to be just as brave and courageous.

We all have those feelings of anxiousness, wondering if the people will accept it, and if they will like us, what will they think of us.

But if God has established and put us into position, we can not be moved! For He is for us!

God didn’t want Joshua to think about that, He was looking for obedience.

God is also looking for your obedience, to walk in what He is requiring of you today.

Take heed to the ministry that you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.” Colossians 4:17

Is it time to finally tell someone about Jesus Christ? Is it time for you to share your testimony, and stop feeling embarrassed about it?

One very important aspect of Joshua’s walk with God, was his obedience.

God would not be with him otherwise.

Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:8-9

Victory comes through faith in God and obedience to His word. Not by anything we can do on our own.

That’s the secret to having God on your side, faith and obedience to Him.

The Lord is the conqueror.

God be with you and guide you!

Amen.

If you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, I invite you today. You came here for a reason, and maybe, just maybe, God is pulling on your heart to come to Him. You’ve resisting. But you are here every day for a Word, something to hold you up. Only Christ can do that, let me guide you today, let’s pray:

Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I believe You died for my sins and rose to give me life. Right now, Lord, I turn from my sins opening my heart and life for You to come in. I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for saving me. Amen.

We hope today’s devotion has inspired you. We love you guys, and are constantly praying for you. Have a very blessed day.

“Peace Be Still!”

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:4-7

This is the Short film and bible message! Stay tuned in!

You see the enemy wants to destroy your testimony and take you out of the game…

5 Steps to Peace

Do You Want Peace?

  1. Rejoice – Philippians 4:4

Why?  Because it upsets the devil’s agenda.  He can’t keep your buttons pressed, because your rejoicing deactivated, your frustrations, your rejoicing allows your spirit to take over and the flesh gets put away. Have you ever tried to press a button that you know was working before, but for some reason you just couldn’t get it to do what you wanted it to do?  That happened to us our stove went out, but that is exactly the affect your rejoicing has on the devil.  When you resist the temptation to stay upset, then the devil must flee and you defeat the enemy in your situation

2. Be Gentle/ Gracious to all Men – Philippians 4:5

Don’t let what you’re going through change the righteous character that the Holy Spirit has put in you.

You see the enemy wants to destroy your testimony.  He wants to take you out of the Game.  Don’t think that you’re gonna just be walking on clouds in this life, because see that’s when we really get messed up.

Peter told Jesus in Matthew 16:22 “You not going to the cross, this ain’t supposed to be happening to you”, but Jesus said get behind me satan.  He was saying get away from me, you are a hinderance, I will not be stopped.

We have to understand that when people upset us, sometimes it’s not even on purpose, but even if it is, there are satanic forces behind the evil things that people do.  Sometimes people need to be corrected, but again you have to be led by the Holy Spirit, in order to make a decision like that.

3. Get on your knees! And Pray – Philippians 4:6

*MC Hammer- “You got to pray just to make it today!”

–  Get on your face before God!  Sometimes our heads are in the clouds, because of the places we want to go, the people we want to be, the things we want to do, and the money we want to make, but we need to be in God’s face, to feed on who He is, to access His kingdom and not just for ourselves.

–  When we pray for others, that’s when we begin to walk in the footsteps of Jesus.

–  When you cast all your anxieties, the fear, anger, and stress at the feet of Jesus, then my people you can truly have peace.  The bible says, “Cast” “Cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.

4. Give thanks to God – Philippians 4:6

-You might be saying, well how do you do that?  Does that work for every situation?  Has what you’ve been doing been working?

–  It is so very important for us to remember our Egypt today!  How God has brought you out, made you clean, and lifted you up, because you have to be confident in knowing that God will do it again.  Don’t believe the lies of the enemy, that tell you, “You’re God ain’t good!”, because the truth is He’s better than that.

–  You have got to give thanks with a grateful heart?  Why, because He gave you Jesus, there is no greater gift.  Jesus is the cake and everything else is just a cherry on top.  Jesus is the only necessary thing in your life!

5. Be Still

Jesus says, “If you want peace, be still!”.  The disciples were on a boat and Jesus was sleep and they started yelling at Jesus, but Jesus showed them something.  He rebuked the winds and the waves, He said “Quiet, Be Still!” and there was peace, but some of us still don’t know who Jesus is.  Some of us feel that our life is in the hands of someone else, but if we remember that God is in control, then we can be still before God and stop talking so that God’s peace can overtake us.  The bible says be still and know that I am God.

–  Sometimes we don’t have peace because we’re always talking. It’s so true that we’re always running, but we need to stop, pray, and listen to what God is saying today.

Conclusion

Now all five of these steps individually can give you access to God’s peace, but Paul in Philippians 4:7 tells you the benefit that following these 5 steps will give you.  He says,

“and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds, through Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:7

God’s peace that He will give you goes far beyond your understanding of what you’re going through, and not only that it will guard your heart and mind.

To keep that peace these are the things Paul says we need to think on: Philippians 4:8

And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

Phillipians 4:8

Don’t let your mind change you. You change your mind.

Amen!

A Sword or Peace? Part 2

34 “Don’t imagine that I came to bring peace to the earth! I came not to bring peace, but a sword.35 ‘I have come to set a man against his father,

    a daughter against her mother,

and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

36     Your enemies will be right in your own household!’

37 “If you love your father or mother more than you love me, you are not worthy of being mine; or if you love your son or daughter more than me, you are not worthy of being mine.

38 If you refuse to take up your cross and follow me, you are not worthy of being mine. 39 If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it.

Matthew 10:34-39

Want Podcast today?

Jesus didn’t come to bring peace on the earth, but a sword!  The reason why some homes are broken, is not because of physical or emotional problems, but many times it’s a Jesus problem.  You might be the only person in your family that believes in Jesus, or maybe, you got married before you came to faith in Christ, but your spouse hasn’t made it yet.

Many of you may come from different countries where its illegal or not safe to openly be a Christian and Jesus causes division, but for the right cause – salvation.  Whether your family, spouse, children, or friends reject Jesus, you have to stand firm on your faith and take up your cross.

There was a time when Jesus spoke openly and a time when He spoke privately.  God will direct you on how to use your faith in Christ.  Draw close to Jesus, especially in these troubling times, and allow Him to operate in your life.

Through surrender to God’s will and prayer, you will be who God has called you to be.  Don’t expect for the world to have peace, but you an have God’s perfect peace, through Jesus Christ in this world.

Fall Back Into School

The month of September started very slow for us because we literally had a lot to do. “Falling” back into school, means that we literally fell back into school.

I usually encourage many homeschool parents to take it slow when their kids have not done much over the summer. This way, the kids are not overwhelmed with all the sudden school work.

Randomnestfamily.org girls first day of school

In this vlog, we didn’t hold back! The kids were so excited to go back to school, they were so excited to use their new pencil boxes and open their school books; there was no way we could not take a nose dive in. Not to mention, there was also the excitement of having homeschool with their cousin this year, a new homeschooler Mili! Welcome!

So here we go, falling back into school!

We hope you enjoy this family vlog!

Thanks for watching!

Soon we will be moving to a new channel and will keep you updated so that you can subscribe there. As of now, per what was spoken in the video, the move is in transit!

We pray that you have a blessed day, see you in our next video!

The Two Way Street

Don’t be afraid of them,” the Lord said to Joshua, “for they are already defeated! I have given them to you to destroy. Not a single one of them will be able to stand up to you.” Joshua 10:8

Today, we are looking at Joshua again. I personally love the book of Joshua and took a few weeks to study it. Since God’s Word is living and breathing, you can never really take everything there is to take. Every time you come back, there is something new to learn in those same scriptures.

Let’s dive in.

Joshua is going into a fierce battle with the Amorite kings. He is coming to aid his fellow neighbors in Gibeon, threatened by the kings.

God already had a plan, because He already knows what’s going on. Nothing ever escapes the Lords knowledge, He has already been fighting the battle for us, in the background.

You must remember that this is a spiritual battle. (link Prayer of Self Deliverance)

God tells Joshua, “Don’t be afraid of them, for they are already defeated! I have given them to you to destroy. Not a single one of them will be able to stand up to you.” Joshua 10:8

This is the best part:

“Joshua traveled all night from Gilgal and took the enemy armies by surprise. Then the Lord threw them into a panic so that the army of Israel slaughtered great numbers of them at Gibeon and chased the others all the way to Beth-horon and Azekah and Makkedah, killing them along the way.

As they fled before Israel on the road down from Beth Horon to Azekah, the Lord hurled large hailstones down on them, and more of them died from the hail than were killed by the swords of the Israelites.” Joshua 10:9-11

God is already fighting your battles everyone!

If you are a child of God, walking in obedience to the Lord Almighty, HE is fighting your battles!

Yes, He is throwing hailstones at our enemies and we don’t even know it. Praise the Lord!

Not only that, Joshua wanted to be sure there was pure victory, so he had the audacity to tell God,

“Sun, stand still over Gibeon,
and you, moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.”
So the sun stood still,
    and the moon stopped,
till the nation avenged itself on[b] its enemies…” vs.12-13

What! But yes!

“And the sun and the moon didn’t move until the Israeli army had finished the destruction of its enemies!  There had never been such a day before, and there has never been another since, when the Lord stopped the sun and moon—all because of the prayer of one man. But the Lord was fighting for Israel.” Vs. 13-14

God listened to Joshua because he was faithful and obedient to God. He went out with the Lord, He walked in Gods ways.

Let’s go down another road, a road of disobedience.

The Israelites refused to go to battle against the Amalekites and the Canaanites in the land the Lord had promised them. In fact, they grumbled and complained in their tents, thinking God did not hear them.

Yes, they had received a “bad report” from the Israelite spies who went to spy out the land. But God had promise to be with Moses.

When they grumbled and complained against the Lord, they also rejected His promise.

So, God’s ager was aroused against them, and He told Moses because of that, they would not enter the Promise Land, instead they would be doomed to walk mindlessly and aimlessly through the dessert for 40yrs.

The Lord said to Moses and Aaron: 27 “How long will this wicked community grumble against me? I have heard the complaints of these grumbling Israelites. 28 So tell them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Lord, I will do to you the very thing I heard you say: 29 In this wilderness your bodies will fall—every one of you twenty years old or more who was counted in the census and who has grumbled against me.” (Numbers 14:26-29)

39  “When Moses reported this to all the Israelites, they mourned bitterly. 40 Early the next morning they set out for the highest point in the hill country, saying, “Now we are ready to go up to the land the Lord promised. Surely we have sinned!”

41 But Moses said, “Why are you disobeying the Lord’s command? This will not succeed! 42 Do not go up, because the Lord is not with you. You will be defeated by your enemies, 43 for the Amalekites and the Canaanites will face you there. Because you have turned away from the Lord, he will not be with you and you will fall by the sword.”

44 Nevertheless, in their presumption they went up toward the highest point in the hill country, though neither Moses nor the ark of the Lord’s covenant moved from the camp. 45 Then the Amalekites and the Canaanites who lived in that hill country came down and attacked them and beat them down all the way to Hormah.” (Numbers 14:39-45)

When we disobey God, we cannot expect to be successful. We cannot expect God to fight our battles in our disobedience.

You will lose.

Will you walk in obedience today?

Let’s pray:

Father God, I know that you have a plan for my life. Lord help me to see what it is, and if I already know it, Lord help me to be obedient to your call. I want to walk in victory and not defeat. Lord strengthen the faith that you have given me, so that I might have the faith it takes to do the task you have given me. Thank you, Jesus.

In Jesus Christ Holy name, amen.

We hope today’s devotion has inspired you. We love you guys, and are constantly praying for you. Have a very blessed day.

Love,
