Just when we thought we were done expounding on our “Randomnest Chocolate Brownie Cookies” recipe, we added another twist.

We made “Blondie Donut Balls”. We used the same recipe, but left out the cocoa, added vanilla, and we discovered a new delicious treat.

Here’s a tip make this recipe and the “Chocolate Brownie Donut Balls” recipe and get the best of both worlds. You can have a delicious family donut party. Now let’s get baking!

Blondie Donut Balls

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Next, in another bowl, combine your wet ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Mix all of your dry ingredients in together in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Third, add your dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients, mix well. Using a little over a tablespoon of batter, form balls onto a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper, a half inch apart. If you need to, add more flour to your dough, add a little at a time.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Stick a fork or skewer into the donuts and if it's not wet, then they are done. Allow them to cool for a couple of minutes, then enjoy!
*Optional Buttercream Icing
  1. Cream your room temperature butter with a paddle mixer, or just your spoon, until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla extract Add in your cinnamon, then begin to add your powdered sugar in batches until it's all combined. Add your milk and continue mixing until well combined. drizzle across your dessert in lines or shapes.
Recipe Notes

If you are meal prepping make sure you let them cool.

You can use a cooling rack if you have one, to make more batches.

Store them in a airtight freezer bag to freeze them.

When reheating, cover if going in the microwave. 10 seconds at a time or just monitor them.
