These egg rolls are so easy guys!

Don’t even worry about it taking hours to do. These are also really good to meal prep and they last for a long tie in the freezer when you freeze them like I tell you in the instructions.

Ground Turkey and Veggie Egg Rolls
A nice crispy roll that's SURE to satisfy you!

  1. First, cook your ground turkey until it is all done. If cooking from Frozen, let it slow cook until tender, 1hr.
  2. Now, cook or steam your veggies.
  3. Next, add you seasonings to taste, and the parmesan cheese.
  4. Last of all, Mix your cooked steamed veggies with the met.
Construction Time
  1. Lay out some wax paper, and spread about 2 to 3 Wrappers on top.
  2. One at a time, lay about 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling in side. Start to roll at the corners, triangle style.
  3. Grab your fingers or a pastry brush, and apply a LITTLE bit of water to the edges of the wrapper.
  4. Continue to Roll as many as you can, being careful not to allow them to touch, or they will stick to each other. Be careful to place wrapper side down, so they don't roll open.
  5. Once you have at least eight rolled, grab a medium sized or large skillet and heat up your oil. Start with 2 TABLESPOONS. Lay your rolls on the skills wrapper side down. Brown For 2-3mins.
  6. As your rolls get browned, lay them on a lined parchment paper pan. When you have a pan full, put them in the oven to crisp even more.
  7. Now, enjoy!
Recipe Notes

*If you have picky eaters, feel to free to use your blender or mash the ingredients into a paste for your little ones.

When meal prepping these, wrap in wax paper individually, and reheat in the oven when serving again.

If you don't care to have them crispy, warm in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until thoroughly heated.
