High School Transcripts Interactive Form

Does creating a high school transcript make you nervous, do you feel like if you don’t get this right, you fail your high schooler?

About this form:

This form was designed to make your high school transcripts a breeze! It’s interactive, so when you hoover
over a field, it will tell you where to put your information from your students 4-year plan. Included are both
the grade level transcript, which is more traditional, and the by course transcript.

At the end, when you have inserted course titles, grades, and credits, the form will add all your quality points
up and divide that by your students credits creating their GPA. Don’t worry, I programmed the form with
JAVA Script, and it will give you an accurate and automated GPA. You don’t have to do any work. When in
doubt, the form teaches you how you can verify or check the GPA by hand!

Add A LOGO!

Add your school logo by clicking the “Your School Logo Here” button and selecting an image from your
computer. If you do not have a school logo, use any image that represents your school.
At the end, choose to print your beautiful transcripts, or send them virtually to the school or college of your choice! Now off they go! Simple!
