Can I Join?
Yes!
Every state has its own homeschool laws and requirements (click here to look up your state). Families will follow their state’s guidelines and file any required paperwork. If the process feels confusing, we’re here to walk you through it and help you complete and submit the paperwork with confidence.
Bottom line: You can apply with confidence. 5 Arrow will walk with you and provide the records, tools, and support you need on your homeschool journey!
What Do I Need To Provide?
Previous Records & Student Documentation (Optional but Helpful)
If your student has been homeschooled or enrolled elsewhere before joining 5 Arrow Homeschool Academy, you are welcome to submit copies of any records you have already kept for your child. These documents help us build a complete academic record for your student.
Examples may include:
• Previous report cards
• Attendance records or learning logs
• Curriculum lists or course descriptions
Families who would like a complete student record service may also choose to include:
• A copy of the student’s birth certificate
• Immunization records or exemption documentation
• Any health or school entry forms required by your state
Providing these records helps us create organized academic files that can be useful if your child ever transitions to another homeschool program, charter school, private school, public school, or future academic opportunities.
If you do not have these documents available right away, you may submit them within 24–48 hours after enrollment. If you need additional time, simply reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.
Our goal is to help families build clear, organized homeschool records for wherever life may lead next.
Please note: Families remain responsible for understanding and complying with the homeschool laws and requirements in their own state. 5 Arrow Homeschool Academy provides guidance, record services, and support, but does not replace state filing requirements.
Homeschool Freedom Matters!
One of the most important parts of homeschooling is protecting your family’s freedom to educate your children the way you believe is best.
For added peace of mind, many homeschool families choose to have legal protection through organizations such as HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association) or NCLL (National Center for Life and Liberty). These organizations help defend homeschool rights and provide guidance if legal questions ever arise in your state.
If you are currently a member of one of these organizations, you will have the option to include your membership number in your enrollment application.
While legal membership is not required to join 5 Arrow Homeschool Academy, we encourage families to consider it as an added layer of support and protection for their homeschool journey.
Our goal is to make sure your family feels confident, supported, and protected as you take charge of your child’s education.
The Application
This enrollment application consists of two parts, and both must be completed to finalize your submission.
Part 1: Student Application
In this section, you’ll provide information about each student you are enrolling. You’ll also have the opportunity to upload required documents for each student.
A separate application must be completed for each child applying to 5 Arrow Homeschool Academy (learn more).
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email for each student to keep their records organized and separate.
Part 2: Parent Application
This section collects important family information required to comply with state laws in the state where you are applying.
Both Part 1 and Part 2 must be fully completed to successfully submit your enrollment application.
You must also pay your registration fee(s),(non-refundable, due when you submit the enrollment form) per student, in order for the application to be processed.
Important Information About the Enrollment Application
Please note that your application will not save progress if you’re unable to finish it in one session. We recommend setting aside 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete the enrollment application in full. The time required may vary depending on the number of children you’re enrolling.

You’ll need to activate your account by clicking the link sent to your email. After activation, you can return to this page and log in to complete your application.

Complete All Tasks to Finish Enrollment
To enroll in 5 Arrow Homeschool Academy, you must complete all tasks within the enrollment modules, including creating your account.
Once you activate your account by clicking the link sent to your email, you’ll be able to log in and finish the application, including entering your student’s information.
We’re excited to welcome you to 5 Arrow!
Do I need an application for every student?
You will complete a student application for each student.
Newly enrolled California 1st graders who have never attended school before will need to have a REPORT OF HEALTH EXAMINATION FOR SCHOOL ENTRY or it’s exemption form.
This exam must have been completed 18 months prior to first grade entry or 90 days after entry and applies to children attending homeschool.
Why Do I need To Pay The Registration Fee now?
Paying the registration fee not only shows your commitment to enrolling but also allows us to begin processing your application promptly. This includes reviewing your information and contacting the necessary parties to help get your homeschooling journey started.
Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable and is required for each student’s application we process.
We strive to keep our fees low and reasonable so you can focus on what matters most—homeschooling your child!

How Long Before I Am Contacted?
We typically respond to applications within 24 to 48 hours.
After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation receipt.
We carefully review each application to ensure no important details or documents are missed. Having all your required documents ready and your registration fee paid helps us process your application smoothly and efficiently.
