I love these because it’s the way I taught my girls math years ago, and still today. They go great with the Singapore Math Curriculum, 1-3 and alone!
Math bonds allow you to teach an equation two ways, and then four ways as they advance.
Once they have mastered that skill, they can move on to the opposite, and learn four ways at once, see the accompanying pictures for examples.
I show you how to teach addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using number bonds.
These printables go excellently with the Singapore Math Curriculum 1-3, and other math curriculums.
