In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe.
Psalm 4:8

Do you feel safe?
Does the condition of our world make you feel unsure about your future?
If you are still alive, it is God who has preserved your life. God has given everyone a certain amount of years to live, there is nothing outside of His control.
If we are to suffer, let it be for doing the will of God, so we can give Him glory through it.
Safer with the Lord
It’s important to be obedient to God, because then we stay in His protection. When we are disobedient to God, it gives the long awaited opportunity for satan to attack.
When the Lord is on your side, you can trust in him to keep you safe and this causes you to have peace. As a family, we pray for safety everyday and it’s a very important prayer.
We pray protection over our families and the body of Christ. God helps us make decisions that will keep us out of the way of danger, if we heed His instruction.
Frustration

Have you ever been frustrated, because you just couldn’t seem to make it to a certain place?
That may have been God’s way of shielding you from danger. There are many things that God has been protecting us from, that we don’t even know about. When you fear for your safety, pray to God and He will not only protect you, but comfort you by the power of the Holy Spirit living inside of you. In fact, the Holy Spirit is the comforter.
If we only depend on the security we can provide for ourselves, we’re in trouble; we have an invisible enemy, whose weapons against us can only be defeated by our “shield of faith” (Ephesians 6:16), which we have when we put our trust in God.
We use God’s word, which is the “Sword of The Spirit” (Ephesians 6:17) and with it, we can demolish strongholds and every lie that satan uses to cause us to fear. Let God give you His peace that surpasses all understanding today. Then, you can rest comfortably at night, knowing He will keep you safe! (2 Corinthians 10:4)
Salvation Plan
Today, if you have not received Salvation or you would like to rededicate your life back to Christ, say this prayer:
God, I know that I am a sinner. Right now, Lord, I turn from my sins, and I ask you to forgive me. Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross and rose from the grave, for me. I open my heart and life for You to come in, and I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You, God for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
