Sometimes, I have bad thoughts.
Sometimes, I don’t live like I believe.
Sometimes, people ask for help but I really don’t feel like helping them.
Sometimes, I feel like giving up.
Sometimes, I feel someone else can do it better.
Sometimes, lust gets in the way of loyalty.
Sometimes, I preach things that are hard for me to practice.
Sometimes, people get on my nerves.
Sometimes, I feel inadequate.
Sometimes, I feel like you…
The Bible says,
“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”Matthew 26:41
Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.2 Corinthians 12:9
If you think you are standing strong, be careful not to fall. 13 The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.”1 Corinthians 10:12-13
Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Today, if you have not received Salvation or you would like to rededicate your life back to Christ, say this prayer:
God, I know that I am a sinner. Right now, Lord, I turn from my sins, and I ask you to forgive me. Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross and rose from the grave, for me. I open my heart and life for You to come in, and I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You, God for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
