Refund Policy

Digital returns:

No digital product is eligible for return or refund. Upon your purchase you are automatically sent your files to download and as we cannot remove them from your computer, the purchase is final sale.

Books and other materials

You will receive a refund on any unopened item within 30 days of the purchase. All USED items are FINAL sale. Books returned damaged will be partially refunded, and if major damage is discovered either by you or your shipping method to us, NO REFUND will be provided as the item is now unsellable. You are responsible for all shipping during return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment for the eligible amount. Please note that this can take anywhere from 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

In a situation where the original method of payment is no longer active, the refund will be issued to a Homeschool Shop Coupon.

Note: Once an order has been placed and processed no changes can be made. This is regardless of shipping processing time or in the case of ordering the wrong product.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item via 10650 Reagan St #916, Los Alamitos, CA 90720

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your school would like to use our resources, fill out this form and we will give you a fair price for groups, whole school or church copies. A great deal of time, affection, and resources are invested in our curricula and printables. We are passionate about supporting schools, cooperatives (co-ops), and churches. In return, you can support us by purchasing a license for widespread use of our materials. Each license is valid for one year. We kindly ask that you purchase a new license annually if you wish to continue using our resources, which enables us to create new content.

Free Downloads

If you receive a free download, you promise to use it for your own personal needs, not to share, or make distributed copies to sell or give away for free, unless otherwise noted in the copyright.

To use our resources in your homeschool or Sunday school, you have permission to ONLY make copies for your own students. You can tell others where to find the item but not link to it from any website.

In no event shall Randomnestfamily be individually liable to the buyer for any damages for breach of fiduciary duty by third-party, unless Randomnestfamily’ s act or failure to act, involves intentional misconduct, fraud, or a knowing violation of the law.

Notwithstanding anything written herein to the contrary, the BUYER and Randomnestfamily acknowledge and agree that Randomnestfamily will not be liable for ANY LOSES OR DAMAGES.

Whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Buyer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such damage or loss.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS PROVIDE THAT IF YOU AND Randomnestfamily ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES THAT ARISE EITHER INFORMALLY OR THROUGH MEDIATION, THE DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. ARBITRATION USES A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF A JUDGE OR JURY. YOU AND Randomnestfamily ALSO AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES CANNOT BE BROUGHT AS A CLASS ACTION. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE ARBITRATION PROVISION, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE.

Consultations

If you are unsatisfied with your consultation, depending on the extent of the event, both parties will talk to determine a partial refund. If a circumstance arises with our meeting on our part, you will have a FULL REFUND.

If a date is scheduled and you did not appear at your date or time or send a message at least 5hrs in advance by email or phone, saying there is an issue or that there were technical difficulties, there is NO REFUND. Doing so would have prevented a loss of finances to Randomnestfamily.

Refund Policy for Mentorship and Consultation Meetings

1.      Satisfaction Guarantee and Partial Refunds:

• If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your consultation, you may be eligible for a partial refund. To initiate this process, both parties must engage in a discussion to assess the extent of the dissatisfaction and determine an appropriate refund amount. The determination of any refund will be based on the nature of the consultation and the level of services provided.

2.      Full Refund for Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

• In the event that a consultation or mentorship meeting is canceled or significantly disrupted due to circumstances attributable to Randomnestfamily, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the affected session. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where the provider is unable to attend or technical issues prevent the meeting from taking place as scheduled.

3.      Client-Initiated Cancellations and No-Shows:

• If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation or mentorship meeting without prior notice, or if you cancel less than five (5) hours before the scheduled start time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• To avoid forfeiting your payment, you must notify us at least five (5) hours in advance via email or phone if you are unable to attend or if you experience technical difficulties. This allows us to reschedule or make necessary adjustments without incurring a loss.

4.      Limitation of Liability:

• Randomnestfamily is not responsible for losses incurred due to technical difficulties, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances on the part of the client that result in missed appointments or cancellations without adequate notice.

5.      Amendments to Policy:

• Randomnestfamily reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance, and the updated policy will be posted on our official website.

Billing Security

Secure Payment Processors:

Randomnestfamily utilizes secure payment processors, such as PayPal and Stripe, which transmit credit card data in encrypted form. Randomnestfamily does not retain or have access to your credit card number. All transaction receipts will be issued by these secure payment processors.

Passwords

Confidentiality and Responsibility:

Your password grants you access to the Membership service. It is imperative that you take appropriate measures to keep your password confidential and refrain from sharing it with third parties or children. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your password, regardless of whether you performed such actions.

Disclosure and Notification:

If your password is disclosed, please notify Randomnestfamily immediately. We will issue a new password and deactivate the previous one.

Password Storage:

Randomnestfamily does not store your password. We can only generate a new password for you, which you may change at your discretion.

Abuse and Termination:

If Randomnestfamily detects or suspects abuse, we reserve the right to terminate your membership status without prior notice.

Your Obligations & Representations

When you sign up for an account at Randomnestfamily and activate your Membership, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself on the registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Randomnestfamily has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

Randomnestfamily has the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or refuse any and all current or future use of its Service. You also agree that Randomnestfamily is authorized to charge the payment method you selected during registration the Membership Fee on the Activation Date and each year thereafter on the anniversary of the Activation Date at the then-current rate unless or until your Membership is placed on Hold or canceled by you or Randomnestfamily. You further agree to notify Randomnestfamily if you wish to use a different Payment Method to renew your Membership or place your Membership on Hold prior to the end of your current year, in order to avoid the cancellation of your Membership due to non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT RANDOMNESTFAMILY or any of our sur names: California Homeschool Academy PSP, Live Inspired by Randomnestfamily, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Randomnestfamily HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE TO TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Modification of Terms

The Terms of Service (and any agreement, rule, or policy incorporated by reference) may be modified by Randomnestfamily at any time by publication through the Randomnestfamily website or by sending you an email. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Randomnestfamily website to obtain timely notice of such modifications. You shall be deemed to have accepted such modifications by continuing to use the site after 10 days of when such modifications have been posted or you have been alerted by email. In the event that you object to any material changes to the Terms of Service (or the terms and conditions of an incorporated policy or agreement), your sole and exclusive remedy will be to terminate your Membership and to cease using the services. Upon request, the remaining year will be canceled due to a change of Terms of Service and will not be refunded.

The Terms of Service supersede all prior agreements between you and Randomnestfamily.
