Yes! Families from California and across the U.S. are welcome to apply to 5 Arrow Homeschool Academy.

• California Families: You can either enroll under our PSP umbrella (we file the Private School Affidavit) or file your own PSA and still join 5 Arrow for transcripts, records, and support. Either way—you’re covered and supported!

• Out-of-State Families: Every state has its own homeschool requirements (click here to look up your state). You’ll follow your state’s rules, but you can still enroll with 5 Arrow for records, transcripts, high school planning, and community.

Bottom line: You can apply with confidence. 5 Arrow will walk with you and provide the records, tools, and support you need on your homeschool journey!

California families only, or any family wanting their records together.

• If you homeschooled prior to enrolling at 5 Arrow Homeschool Academy, any records you kept and recorded for all your students being enrolled.

i.e., report cards, attendance, etc.

• A copy of your student (s) birth certificates.
• Current Vaccination Records or exemption note, for our records.
• Newly enrolled California 1st graders must complete a Report Of Health Examination For School Entry or exemption, module 3 goes into details and provides the forms.

If you don’t have your documents available today, you can submit them within 24–48 hours. If you have any questions or need additional time to gather your documents, please reach out to us as soon as possible. This will help speed up the enrollment process.

Homeschool FREEDOM is important to us!

Do you Currently have homeschool legal protection?

You will be asked to provide your  Membership number in the application if you have one from either the HSLDA or the NCLL. 

We advise you to apply as soon as possible to protect your family!

This enrollment application consists of two parts, and both must be completed to finalize your submission.

Part 1: Student Application

In this section, you’ll provide information about each student you are enrolling. You’ll also have the opportunity to upload required documents for each student.

A separate application must be completed for each child applying to 5 Arrow Homeschool Academy (learn more).

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email for each student to keep their records organized and separate.

Part 2: Parent Application

This section collects important family information required to comply with state laws in the state where you are applying.

Both Part 1 and Part 2 must be fully completed to successfully submit your enrollment application.

You must also pay your registration fee(s),(non-refundable, due when you submit the enrollment form) per student, in order for the application to be processed.

Important Information About the Enrollment Application

Please note that your application will not save progress if you’re unable to finish it in one session. We recommend setting aside 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete the enrollment application in full. The time required may vary depending on the number of children you’re enrolling.
