It is so important, especially now, to turn a believer, friend, child, parent, or anyone else God puts on your heart from error and bad judgment. We are always so tempted to overlook false doctrine, bad behavior, corrupt character, and mistakes, because we don’t want any bad feelings.
But, have you considered that helping a loved one see what they may be blinded to, can keep them from making a multitude of mistakes and may even save their life? We really do need to be close to God, in prayer and studying the bible.
The result of this causes us to override our own desires, and fears, for what God wants, bringing honor to both Him and us. Let us make the right decisions today.
We hope today’s devotion has inspired you. We love you guys, and are constantly praying for you. Have a very blessed day.
“True humility, honest prayer, and genuine repentance are the keys to intimacy with God. And we can’t fake it. We can’t just go through the motions. We can’t merely pretend to “look” humble and repentant … and we can’t do these things on our own….” So, how to turn towards What Matters Most?
Yes! Amen.
