Don’t pass out!

But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:31

You ever fill like passing out from the pressures of life? Like a waitress as she finishes the last hour on her shift on a busy night, or a father dealing with difficult coworkers at his job, earning the same check, only to come home and realize his kids have been giving their mother a hard time. Maybe things are breaking down on your car one after another and much of your time and money is spent hanging out with the auto mechanic.

Have you been waiting on the Lord to break through, but in the process you feel like you’re breaking down? Why? It’s because, you’re at the end of your strength and “God’s strength is being made perfect in your weakness”.

Why does God take so long? “He may not come when you want Him, but he’ll be there right on time…” God wants you grow in your faith, in patience, in trust, endurance – He’s making you stronger, not in your own strength, but in His. We should be grateful God doesn’t bring our prayers to pass, exactly the way we pray them. God’s will is far better than we can conceive. We can sometimes be like a kid, who wants to eat “right now”, even though the food is not ready. If God moves too soon on your situation, it will not work out for your good!

You will not give up, you will not stop growing in Christ, you will not stop facing trials in your life, you will not be able to say that you’ve made it, and you will not stop running this race with Christ until you cross that finish line in heaven. You will continue to get stronger and stronger, until you hear Jesus say,

“Well done my good and faithful servant. You’ve been faithful over a few things now I will make you ruler over many.”

Matthew 25:21

If you do not give up, you can experience the move of God! You’ve got this, because God’s got you!

Salvation Plan

Today, if you have not received Salvation or you would like to rededicate your life back to Christ, say this prayer:

God, I know that I am a sinner. Right now, Lord, I turn from my sins, and I ask you to forgive me. Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross and rose from the grave, for me. I open my heart and life for You to come in, and I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You, God for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
