The Bible tells us that we walk by faith and not by sight. Can you say that this is true for you? Have you allowed God to take the wheel of your mind, your decisions, and your family? Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us not to base our conclusions on our own limited knowledge. Rather, we must trust in the Lord, because He has all the answers and He knows the end from the beginning. Don’t trust yourself.
We need to surrender all of our cares, anxieties, frustrations, sicknesses, and all other circumstances to Jesus. Many times we just make things worse when we only depend on our own solutions to life’s problems. God knows exactly what’s wrong and nothing is a surprise to Him.
God Wants to Own Your Situation
The purpose of our lives is to bring God glory. In every challenge that we face, in every battle that we engage in, and in every storm that we go through God prepares a victory for us. In 1 Corinthians 15:57, Paul said,
But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.1 Corinthians 15:57 NIV
Give it all to God. Put your trust and hope in Jesus Christ and what the Bible says. Proverbs 3:6 says, “…and He will make your paths straight.” Jesus is the way in the wilderness and He is the God of both the hills and the valleys.
Today, if you have not received Salvation or you would like to rededicate your life back to Christ, say this prayer:
God, I know that I am a sinner. Right now, Lord, I turn from my sins, and I ask you to forgive me. Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross and rose from the grave, for me. I open my heart and life for You to come in, and I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You, God for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
