The Holy Spirit Fills You
The Holy Spirit is full of the hope we need because He is the God of hope as Paul began this verse. He has all the joy and peace that we seek and depend on and this is Paul’s prayer, which should also be ours, that we be filled with hope, joy, and peace.
No matter what you may be going through, no matter who you are, and no matter where you may be in your life the Holy Spirit can fill you with what you need. By His power, He will fill you so that you overflow from the inside out and all the baggage, all the anxiety, and all the fear and doubt gets removed in a moment.
The Holy Spirit Washes You
See, when the washer washes your clothes, all of the impurities get extracted and removed after the tub is filled with the purifying mixture of soap and water. The Holy Spirit is better because He causes an overflow inside of you so that there is no room for that which is contrary to faith and expectation of what God is going to do in your life and thanksgiving for what He’s already done. He removes that which is impure, but He replaces that with confidence in the Lord.
May the Holy Spirit fill you today, cleanse you with His overflow, and strengthen you with His power, so that there will be no room left in you for anything else besides peace, hope, joy, and unwavering faith. Trust in the Lord today and be filled with His Spirit. God bless you!
Salvation Plan
Today, if you have not received Salvation or you would like to rededicate your life back to Christ, say this prayer:
God, I know that I am a sinner. Right now, Lord, I turn from my sins, and I ask you to forgive me. Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross and rose from the grave, for me. I open my heart and life for You to come in, and I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You, God for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
