Blessed are the peacemakers,
Matthew 5:9
for they will be called children of God.
Have you received peace from God, through salvation in His Son Jesus Christ?
Jesus tells us that we are acting like His children, when we make peace.
Dr. Charles Stanley tells us, “Recognizing God as our heavenly Father, draws our heart closer to Him and we begin to imitate His character.”
The Father is the God of Peace; Jesus is called the Prince of Peace and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Peace. When we receive God’s perfect peace, it’s suppose to motivate us to pass it on.
Let us show that we are children of God today, by being peacemakers, where ever we are.
