The powerful Importance of why you should Pray for Wisdom

David was blessed by God, because he loved the Lord his God. He often prayed for wisdom.

God was with David and gave him the wisdom he prayed for and knowledge.

The Bible tells us that David behaved wisely and used the wisdom God had given him.

Four times in 1 Samuel 18, the Bible talks about the fact that David, “behaved wisely,” or “more wisely.”

The Bible teaches us that if we lack in knowledge or wisdom, we are to pray to God, and He will give it to us.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” James 1:5 NIV

How will you use that wisdom and knowledge?

Just like King David, God requires that we act wisely in all we do.

To use our wisdom wisely and understand that no matter what, God is in charge.

Amen!

Let’s always pray for wisdom and that God would increase our knowledge. In Jesus Name!
